The post office is pushing through rate hikes on
magazines lobbied by Time Warner which raises rates higher for low
circulation magazines than high circulation ones. Either way, the
cost of subscriptions will go up and some specialized, smaller
publications may go bankrupt as a result. There is a website with a
sample letter to be sent to representatives at
