Hey, everybody,

A little update on the library of Florence Horn.

Aron Lutwak went over to visit the charming lady to have a look-see but
unfortunately the material that remains is of a secular nature with very
little judaica and not really apt for a jewish institution. I was
looking specifically for music books but she did pre-warn me that a
cantor had come by earlier and taken just about everything useful for a
library as Aron was able to verify.

I want to profusely thank all of you New Yorkers for writing and
offering to hike on over to 181st street on my behalf and also to all of
you from Cincinnati to Pheonix to Bangor who are ready to hike anywhere
within their own cities if any future wild goose chases come their way.

I adore you all. Thanks to this list, the La Javura library exists.
