Dear Safranim: We are very proud to introduce this new literary publication, Drash, and I will have some sample copies to distribute at the upcoming AJL conference. Most of the writers in this first issue are Jewish and/or have written poetry or short stories on Jewish topics. I was fortunate to hear a few of the writers read from their work and have been impressed with the high caliber of creative writing.
