Hello Safranim,

Perhaps some of you are taking a few days off?  I spent my time 
revising my 1979 booklet on bread making.  The new edition double the 
size of the first ed.   For this edition I added an introduction, 
glossary, color illustrations, and more recipes.  Included is a 
recipe for bagels using no white flour.

The book is still in the preliminary stages.  It has not been 
proof-read by anyone other than myself and MS Word.  However, I am 
offering to you the opportunity to download and comment on it.  The URL is:
