Hello Safranim,

Thanks to everyone who made helpful suggestions.  The recipes have 
been revised.  It took a lot of experiments to get the bagels to come 
out tasting good.

At the moment I am not sure how I want to market this book.  I don't 
want to print copies and keep inventory.  I will allow people to 
download the PDF file that allowing printing, but not copying of 
text.  For those who pay, I will offer a MS Word document.

It even has recommended cataloging so that you can put it into you 
catalog quickly.
