The closest to what you're looking for is probably Siddur Eit ratzon,
developed by Joseph G. Rosenstein ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), available
at www.newsiddur.org. Might be best to order one copy to get a sense
of it. It is traditional, egalitarian, fully transliterated, and has a
lot of extra stuff not found in traditional siddurim (commentaries,
meditations, etc).
