Congregation Beth Israel, West Hartford, CT, is pleased to announce that the newly renovated Ellen Jeanne Goldfarb Community Learning Center is now open. The Center is comprised of the Deborah Library, with a collection of over 13,000 volumes related to Judaica, making it one of the largest synagogue libraries in Connecticut; the Abraham J. Feldman Museum and the synagogue's archives, two treasures with artifacts of classic Reform Judaism in Connecticut from the past 160 years; and the Miller Media Center with free wifi, public access computers, and a wide-screen monitor for projecting computer screens and Dish TV. There is also a bright and attractive children's room with a special space for storytelling.
