Dear Safranim, I have a volume of Selihot (Nusah Asheknaz) which appears to lack a title pages or other identifying information. The last selihot are for Shovavim Tat and are on leaf 40 [i.e. 44]. These are preceded by the selihot for Minhah of Yom Kipur.
The volume is 40 [i.e 44] leaves and 35 cm. The text is in Hebrew with no translation and Rashi script at the bottom.
