I like questions like yours, Etta. The type where I
don't quite know the answer and have to figure it out
for myself before I can share an answer.

Worldcat is NOT the most comprehensive online union
catalog, but is IS a great place to start, IMHO.

Try the following hyperlink :

http://www.worldcat.org/search?q=su%3Acookbooks+su%3Ajewish&fq=&fc=yr:_25&qt=show_more_yr%3A

and make sure to get the whole address (you might
have to copy-&-paste since it's 2 lines long).

Translation of the URL :

Do a search for all titles that have the terms
"Cookbooks" and "Jewish" somewhere in the subject
headings and display the publication year breakdown in
the column on the left-hand side.

The hyperlinks on the left look like this :

Year
2005 (2)
2000 (3)
1999 (2)
1998 (3)
1997 (3)
1993 (2)
1991 (5)
1987 (3)
1986 (2)
1984 (2)
1983 (2)
1981 (4)
1978 (2)
1977 (7)
1976 (4)
1975 (8)
1973 (3)
1972 (4)
1971 (4)
1970 (2)
1963 (3)
1962 (3)
1952 (2)
1950 (2)
1900 (7)

There's also (by default) a breakdown by language,
which looks like this :

Language
English (109)
Czech (3)
German (1)

Hope that helps!
