A useful link for those who need to add nikud to text:
http://www.snopi.com/ptp/PTP.asp

The site automatically punctuates up to 160 hebrew characters, but
this function can be used only once a day.
More useful is the plug-in nikud toolbar, which effectively allows
much faster nikud, although having some of limitations of word's
usual nikud. It can also by found by typing Nakdan [in Hebrew] in google.
