Id appreciate your help finding someone willing to review titles related to Judaism for the Catholic Library World. We sometimes receive scholarly titles from KTAV, and spiritual titles from Jewish Lights Publishing in Woodstock, VT (a sister publisher of mostly Christian spirituality, SkyLight Paths Publishing, also sends books). I just checked my Bible shelf and find 7 titles in need of reviewers who are knowledgeable about Hebrew Scriptures. They range from a very scholarly Torah & Commentary: The Five Books of Moses (KTAV) to a spiritual title, Money and the Way of Wisdom: Insights from the Book of Proverbs (SkyLight Paths Publishing), plus 5 others. If you know of anyone who writes well and need to publish, wed be happy to send them a reviewer profile form. We send only completed books (not uncorrected proofs); the reviewer keeps the book for himself or herself, donates it to the library, or does whatever else they want with it. Reviewers receive a complimentary copy of the issue in which their reviews appear. Our readers and subscribers are not limited to Catholics or Catholic institutions, and also come from outside the US. I hope I havent overwhelmed you with information.
