Does anyone Z39.50 server allow for searching and retrieving using Hebrew characters? Before I whine loudly that LC's implementation doesn't, I want to make sure it is possible (i.e. the fault lies with LC's implementation and Voyager, rather than the Z39.50 not supporting Hebrew unicode).
