The American Jewish Historical Society is pleased to announce that
the three-year NEH-funded processing of the records of the National
Council on Soviet Jewry is complete with a massive finding aid online
at http://findingaids.cjh.org/?fnm=NCSJ&pnm=AJHS
<http://findingaids.cjh.org/?fnm=NCSJ&pnm=AJHS>. Project Archivist
Vital Zajka and Archives Assistant Andrey Filimonov organized the
collection which covers some 227 linear feet in more than 450 boxes.
The NCSJ materials represent the largest collection within AJHS'
Archive of the American Soviet Jewry Movements; numerous small
collections are set to be processed next.
