The simplest way would simply be a mail merge into microsoft word
using a bar code font.

If your data is already properly inputed in excel, it's simply a
matter of downloading one of the free barcode fonts, putting asterisks
at both ends of your item barcode, and formatting what you want your
labels to look like.

The process should take you less than 20 minutes, and it has the added
benefit of being completely free and you can format it as you wish.
