The DK Publication Eyewitness companions: Film by Daniel Bergan, c2006 has no entry under Israel as a country in the Index. When I searched the handbook I found a page under "The Middle East". In the text Bergan mentions Israel and Palestine tensions, then discusses Israeli director's Eran Riklas "The Syrian Bride" and lists the film as originating in "Palestine".
