Hello Friends, Many thanks to Cheryl, Rose, Shoshana, and the rest of the Chicago team for an amazing convention. It was my first-time attending an AJL convention and by the time I left I felt I was leaving lifelong friends. The sessions were amazing. I learned so much - and enjoyed every moment. It was so inspiring to be with a large group of people, knowing that each of us has a love of Judaica and literature - and a passion for putting the right book in the right hands. As I looked around the banquet hall, I realized that regardless of Jewish affiliation or level of observance - we were all there together - sharing common goals and celebrating the joy of books. I am honored to be a part of such an amazing group of people. I thank you all for your warm welcome and for making me feel like part of the family.
