Thank you to all those who sent me information, advice and condolences and commiseration. Unfortunately I probably acted too little too late---and whatever I did do was probably wrong. We learn from mistakes--and from some very good advice all of you sent. I have one more request--I need to price out a professional book restoration company for insurance purposes.
