Boker Tov! My school is currently in the process of looking for a new principal. Unfortunately, there are no teachers on any of the search committees or our school's education committee. If you don't mind, those of you in Jewish day schools, could you send me back a quick email letting me know how your school selects a new principal, and how teachers are involved? I'd like to have some examples to show the committees so hopefully we can get this situation improved.
