When my now grown children were in elementary school, my son had a
Jewish joke book called Silly Shimmy. I don't remember the exact
title, but most of the jokes included somthing like "Silly Shimmy says..."

My son LOVED that book. I remember once we took the family to
Disneyworld, and my son was loudly telling Silly Shimmy jokes to the
kids near him on the monorail -- children who were probably not
Jewish and had not idea what he was talking about, but he was so happy!

Does anyone else remember Silly Shimmy? I did a very quick Amazon
and Google search -- found one Silly Shimmy book on Amazon, but then
it was listed as out of print.

It would be great if we could find or revive these books.
