Our congregation has an upcoming Bat Mitzvah. When we opened the Torah she will be using, there was a rip starting at the bottom.
Is there some "bandAide fix" that we can use until we get a Sofer to repair it correctly? We just need some sort of mechanism to prevent it from ripping further until we can send it away.
