The Eichmann Trial is the most prominent of numerous prosecutions brought by Israel under its 1950 “Nazi and Nazi Collaborators (Punishment) Law.” Mr. ROSENSAFT is general counsel of the World Jewish Congress, adjunct professor of Law at Cornell Law School, lecturer in law at Columbia Law School and distinguished visiting lecturer at Syracuse University College of Law.
