When the Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital in Hanover NH tore down its old facility
and replaced it with a gleaming new one, they mounted the plaques that had commemmorated
donations to the old building on the wall of the new building's lobby, with a
sign reading something like "A tradition of support". Perhaps you could take the
old bookplates and make them into a poster that would convey the same message.
