Thank you all for your helpful responses. With a couple of
exceptions, most people said they had bought or planned to buy the
book, but not allow it to be checked out. Some keep it in their
professional collection, others in a special display area.
I haven't decided what I am going to do yet, but am very grateful for
everyone's incites.
