You might ask your software provider - they could have an app for that. We use Resourcemate and they do have an add-on, one time charge. It's probably important that all books / items have all the fields that would be returned with a search. I found that about 1/3 of our books had no subject, and so spent a fairly long time correcting that. Subject would be an important field to search on! I've found no problems or pitfalls other than that. Kathy
