Regarding the STar of David necklace. I have one of these. I don't know if
this is true, but if you Google 'Secret Star Necklace', this is what you get.
Plus a picture of it, both as the Star, and the Zigzag.
I bought mine many years ago (probably at least twenty) from a jeweller in
Puerto Rico, who was originally from Cuba. It is a prized possession, and
I intend to pass it on to my Granddaughter.
Rosemary Cohen
While traveling in Europe as a member of the US Army in the 1950s, lifelong
journalist Frank Meyer heard stories of a Jewish Star created by Jews forced to
convert during the Inquisition. This pendant was a star these Conversos could
wear open to hide their faith from the Inquisitors and closed when together for
a prayer meeting. After almost 40 years of searching, Meyer found a copy of
this amazing star and had it re-created for his own use. After many friends and
relatives asked whether they could buy one, he searched for and finally found a
jeweler who would reproduce them for him. The result is The Secret Star.
A note to dealers
Jewelers interested in carrying The Secret Star should contact Frank Meyer All
deals are keystone.
A fundraising idea
The Secret Star is available for temples, organizations and others to use in
fundraising
