Dear Haim, There are three databases that would be useful to you. The first, now freely available from the National Library of Israel, is the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book ( http://web.nli.org.il/sites/NLI/English/infochannels/Catalogs/bibliographic-databases/Pages/the-hebrew-book.aspx), which includes: "Registration and detailed description of all Jewish literature printed in Hebrew characters, for all types and in all languages." The BHB has very good collation. The second is the Thesaurus of the Hebrew Book, by Yeshayahu Vinograd, which is now available for purchase on an 8 GB flash drive. Vinograd's Thesaurus includes auction history (the latest version as up to 2011). In terms of incunabula, the British Library's Incunabula Short Title Catalog (http://www.bl.uk/catalogues/istc/index.html) lists all know holdings for Hebrew incunabula, as well as collation.
