Deborah Stern asked about playing Israeli DVDs such as Srugim in PALS format on US computers. We have a large number of Israeli PALS formatted DVDS which we circulate, included the first two seasons years of Srugim, and patrons are able to play them on computers if they don't have DVD players that can handle multi-zone formats.
