By now you have read the February/March issue of the AJL Newsletter and
learned a little about Convention 2012 in Pasadena, California. In case you
have not had time to view the registration information on the AJL website,
we wanted to call your attention to something that was added after the
newsletter went to press. The greater Los Angeles area has so many rich
resources to explore we couldn’t resist adding a fourth tour to the mix. Now,
in addition to a visit to historic Los Angeles, the Simon Wiesenthal
Center, Museum of Tolerance and the Huntington Botanical Gardens and
Library, we will be offering a visit to the Skirball Museum. Hailed by the
New York Times as “a lesson on how to connect the eye to the heart and
mind”, the Skirball Cultural Center has established itself as one of the
world’s most dynamic Jewish cultural institutions. With such a banquet of
choices we could not decide and will leave that up to you. If you too
cannot make up your mind, please plan to come early or stay a little longer.
We are looking forward to your visit.

Enid Sperber and Sharon Benamou
