Come find out! Wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat or participate in a chair. Cantor Lisa Levine will include chair modifications for each posture. Open to all ages and abilities. Lisa has recorded seven CD's and published two songbooks and her prayer book "Yoga Shalom" has just been released by URJ Press. She is the Cantor of Temple Shalom in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
