Early Bird registration is being accepted through Monday April 16th at our website www.jewishlibraries.org. The convention program planning committee has been committed to creating a diverse and interesting array of topics and presenters. Please view our new more detailed schedule released today. Know that more sessions are being created as speakers become available. Recently the Pasadena convention committee visited our hotel, The Langham and once again we were struck by the spectacular location. The grounds were filled with large lovely trees covered with pink blossoms. We walked the picture bridge overlooking dell with the Japanese garden (and jacuzzi) on one side and the large swimming pool on the other. The picture bridge was painted in the 1930s and depicts scenes from all around Southern California. The hotel is committed to its preservation so the colors are still quite vibrant. Families on spring break cavorted in the huge outdoor swimming pool in the warm sunshine. It was heavenly. We thought we were on vacation and we live here!
