Last I heard, ha-Safran is moderated.
Special scrutiny is given when someone is posting his or her first message, or
who hasn't posted for a long time, and messages that could be taken as
advertisements.

I think that I remember that ha-Safran isnot moderated. If yes or if no, a
notice should be sent out that people submitting items they should sign their
name and affiliation. Most of the time it's hard to tell who sent the item and
where they come from. In the message below I only got the senders full name
when I pushed the forward button. The original message has a truncated name.
