The Children's Book Council has a blog devoted to the topic of diversity in the
children's publishing industry, and this week they'll be starting a series
called "It's Complicated," posting each day from different points of view about
the challenges of getting books published that feature "minority" characters
(and related issues). Since Jewish characters fall into that category, I
encourage all of you to check out the It's Complicated blog posts this week,
and to take part in the discussion by leaving comments. It's a good opportunity
to share Jewish points of view!

Take a look at the CBC diversity blog at
http://www.cbcdiversity.com/2012/05/its-complicated.html .

Thanks!
