To that end, I am emailing you all a reminder to pull out those "Pocket Response Plan for Collections" you prepared at the AJL Convention in Seattle. You need to review the plan, update any information that might be out of date and review the procedures with your fellow staff members.

If you have any questions as to how to fill this out, you can contact either myself or WESTPAS. The best time to prepare for a disaster is before it happens. Don't be caught unprepared!
