Park Avenue Synagogue has cartons full of a handsome coffee table book called
Testaments of Israel. Each spread presents a quotation from Tanakh opposite a
photograph from Israel, selected to demonstrate the timelessness of the
biblical texts. The 12x12" book is printed on heavy paper, enclosed in a
presentation case, accompanied by Time-Life photographer David Rubinger's
CD-ROM "Portrait of Israel" featuring slideshows, narration, music and video
footage. The Israel Book Shop lists them for $60. We have scads of them and no
idea what to do w/ them all.

Any ideas? Anyone want them? Caveat: they are HEAVY (over 5 lbs), would be
costly to ship.

Thanks,

Marga
