I've posted to the list before about having to move from Spectrum because our OS in the synagogue is being upgraded from XP. Thanks for all the responses. Now the situation is getting more urgent. They're doing it soon.
I'm now trying a demo of OPALS, and have spoken with Follett about Destiny. I'd love to hear more from people who have switched to one or the other - or something else - about their experiences.
