Whether you agree with all its arguments, it should be read closely and carefully by anyone who seeks guidance on this issue. My only complaint is that I wish that this collection of essays was more balanced, that it included essays and proposals from both sides of the issue, and not just one, but most of these essays in it are first rate, and well worth reading.
