My dear Librarian friends, as you can see in the e-mail from my publisher my new book "A New Life in A New Land" is now available in America. This book tells about me and my family who arrived to the new state of Israel on August 13, 1948. It tells about the need to learn a new language, in a new HOT climate, to live in the our new home and to find work and make a living. I know that many of your parents and grandparent had to go through a similar adjustment when they came to America, but at least they came to a well established country, while we, after having survived the Holocaust came to a new, poor and country at war with the Arabs. I believe that this book will highlight the special aspect of life in a new Land, and that the readers of your libraries will enjoy learning about it all by reading my book.
