It is a volume of photos and text in both English and French, commemorating Israel's tenth anniversary in 1958. It was presented to ex-President Harry S. Truman, whose name is embossed in gold on the front cover from the Prime Minister of Israel. David Ben-Gurion, one of Israel's most important Founders and inscribed inside in his own hand. This inscription reads: " To: Harry S. Truman In admiration and friendship D.
