Major NEW and Must-Read Pew Report on Libraries

This is an important report for any library that serves users (grin).  It is 
from the respected Pew Internet & American Life Project.  This is part of the 
Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation grant and it's important because it surveys a 
wide swath of US citizens - not just one age group, not just one local 
population, not just one language group or just people who already use 
libraries.  It's good stuff!
