As a result of the announced retirement of our longtime leader, the Rodef Shalom Board of Trustees (Pittsburgh, PA) seeks to hire its next Executive Director and has retained Vantagen to assist with this process. The Executive Director is responsible for the daily operations of the Temple and works in partnership with the Senior Rabbi to carry out the functions of the Congregation. He/she is responsible to the President and the Board of Trustees to execute the mission of the Congregation through the utilization of the appropriate staff and in conjunction with Board committees. With an overall operating budget of $2.4 million (with an additional $350K budget for the Cemetery), the Congregation has a strong financial foundation.
