*A Noble Heritage: The History and Legacy of the Polonsky and Paul Family in America*
Greetings Hasafran members, We are excited to announce a new book titled, *A Noble Heritage*, by genealogist and author, Dr. Jeffrey Mark Paull of Walnut Creek, CA, USA. A Noble Heritage has received favorable reviews from such notable authorities on Jewish history as Dr. Antony Polonsky, and Dr. Edward Gelles and is currently landing on the shelves of the New York Public Library, the Sutro Library of San Francisco, Ca. and others. Dr. Paull has authored an extraordinary book that began with his desire to tell his family’s Russian Jewish-American immigrant story. However, as he began digging deeper into his family history, the pieces of his ancient lineage fortuitously began falling into place, until ultimately he succeeded in tracing his noble rabbinical heritage over 1,000 years of history to Rashi and his forebears. Dr. Paull’s astonishing level of perseverance and meticulous research was driven by his search for spiritual meaning, Jewish identity, and ancestral connection. His research and the resulting book have forged ties to an entire estranged contemporary extended Jewish family, and provided an educational path to understanding Judaism more deeply for his family and for future generations. This beautiful 670-page full-color book contains nearly 1,000 photographs and art illustrations, as well as numerous original records, documents, detailed family trees, and a comprehensive bibliography and name index. **To purchase *A Noble Heritage* from *Infinity Publishers* click here: *http://www.buybooksontheweb.**co**m/Search.aspx?kw=a%20noble%**20h** eritage&typ=Title* To preview the book, you may click on this link: http://www.amazon.com/Noble-Heritage-Deluxe-Color-Edition/dp/0741470470.
