We had some money specifically for large print books and there are a lot of them. Most of them seem to come from Thorndike Press. Most bestsellers come out in LP right away, and that's what we get first for our book club. There's a decent amount of Judaica too.
Don't get the Sim Shalom LP prayerbook. The publishers tell you not to get it. It's enormously heavy! That's the problem with a lot of heavy Biblical stuff too. We have a local school for the blind that has programs we sometimes refer people to.
