** October 31, 2013 6:30 PM Dear Family and Friends: Dan will be buried in Peoria, Illinois at Springdale Cemetery next to his mother, father and grandmother. This will happen tomorrow (Friday, November 1, 2013) at 1 PM Central Time. A minyan has been arranged. It is a five hour drive to Peoria and we are planning to be back in Cincinnati Friday evening. Dan's wish was that his body be watched until the burial. If one of his Jewish friends from Cincinnati would have the time and desire to travel in the hearse with his body, would you please contact me as there would be room for only one person. You would need to be at the funeral home for departure at 8 AM and would be able to return with the hearse driver. There will be a memorial service for Dan on Sunday, November 3, 2013 in the Scheuer Chapel at Hebrew Union College, 3101 Clifton Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45220. Visitation from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, service to begin at 3:00 PM. A short obit will be in the Saturday and Sunday Enquirer. Your messages of condolence have touched my heart. Thank you so much.
