:
I have been given funding by my reform synagogue's endowment fund to
automate a 2500 volume library and buy supplies. I have chosen
Library World online automation software. The price is $425 a year. I
have only been given funding for one year. How do synagogues without
a library budget pay for this software every year? I am a retired
disabled librarian who is volunteering to do this as I am able. All
the books have Elazar numbers on the spine labels from a previous
volunteer who was not a degreed librarian. They are all faded away
and falling off. No card catalog or OPAC was ever
made before.
