A new Hebrew-language original science fiction/fantasy novel Anshey Hamaagal:
Second Chance has just been published by Steimatzky in Israel and will be on
the shelves starting November 11th. The 256-page book by the 21-year-old writer
Nathaniel Botwinik is oriented towards young adults and older readers.

>From the back cover:
David Green did not understand why this happens to him.
Once a year, on his birthday, he becomes invisible. Another stage in his none
too stable life.  He never met his father, and every once in a while has to
abandon his home at short notice. His mother, like all mothers, does her best
to protect him. But from whom?
When David decides to go and seek out the root of his power, a cross-continent
odyssey begins and he finds himself at the center of a power struggle between
three groups of people with extraordinary powers, each with its own secret
agenda, trying to snatch his powers for themselves – the "anshey hamaagal"
[people of the circle].
We follow our hero's story as he attempts to unravel the secret of his identity
and why he became gifted with this special power. Although David may not know
who his father is, he learns that there is nothing to equal the power of a
mother's love.

"Second Chance" is the first in the series "Anshey Hamaagal".
