As far as I am aware the "The Hebrew Leader" and "The Jewish Messenger" are not available online in digital format, however additional information about these publications as well as a list of institutions that hold copies of the publications can be found on the US Library of Congress Chronicling America project website at http://chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/.
