Hi David,
A Torah scroll from the Holocaust can also be found at the Bridwell Library
at the Southern Methodist University's Perkins School of Theology. I didn't
have time to check all the other hits using the terms "Torah scrolls Holocaust
university library" in a Google search.

Shalom from Los Angeles! Do any of you know of Sifre Torah saved from the
Holocaust that are held in university library collections? This was a query
from a librarian colleague in Virginia. Virginia Commonwealth University
recently received one as a gift. Any others?
