Zeev Rank asked about Jewish Studies digitized journal vendors other than 
JSTOR. There is no one vendor that will have everything.  Even JSTOR has 
journals in various collections, although the JSTOR Jewish Studies Archive 
Collection now provides most of them in one database: 
http://about.jstor.org/news/jstor-announces-jewish-studies-archive-collection  

Jewish Studies journals are scattered in databases of many vendors.  Another 
collection you may want to look at is Jewish Studies Source from Ebsco: 
http://www.ebscohost.com/academic/jewish-studies-source.  Ebsco’s Religion and 
Philosophy Collection also has pertinent journals: 
http://www.ebscohost.com/academic/religion-philosophy-collection.  The same 
goes for Proquest Religion: 
http://www.proquest.com/products-services/pq_religion.html.  ATLA Religion 
database with ATLAS serials, which is provided in different versions from 
various vendors is another possibility:
