We are looking to purchase a used copy of *The Kosher Palette: Easy and Elegant Modern Kosher Cooking*, published in 2000 by the Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy (I realize there is a newer edition, but we are looking for the first one). All the used copies are quite expensive. If anyone knows of an available copy that is more reasonably priced, we would appreciate hearing about it!
