Hello all, This is a request for any OPALS users on the listserv that are attending the conference this week.
I just purchased OPALS (yesterday!) and would love to talk to an experienced user who could walk me through the basic process of using the system. We currently have a card catalog, so this is a big change for us. I have the manuals, am attending the OPALS user meeting, and speaking with Harry Chan as well, but would love to hear the experiences of someone who uses it every day. I'm thinking about a half hour... nothing too lengthy. Please reply off list if you have time available. And thanks to everyone for their advice on barcode scanners!
